This is piece of land of 900m² at Pantai Kaletjung, Tabanan area.

This piece of land is located in the middle of the rice fields at about half a kilometer from the beach. In that view, you will have ocean view. The piece is located at about 20 minutes driving from Tabanan. Kuta and the airport are at about 1 hour driving away. At the moment, there are no shops and restaurants in the nearby village available. You shall need to have some transport in case you need some shoppings or in case you want to go to a restaurant. Anyhow, it is always possible that you will have a maid who will do the shoppings and who will prepare a delicious meal for you.

This is piece of land is not totally flat. In case you want to build a villa on this, you shall have to level up some land. There is a good, but very small access road to the land.
